Described for first responders are basic response procedures, including controlling the scene, identifying the explosive, and other hazardous materials first responders on the scene may encounter, evaluating hazards and risks, and dealing with incidents with or without fire.
Firefighters, law enforcement, emergency medical services, emergency management, truck drivers, and industry personnel learn how to respond safely to incidents involving commercial explosives.
