EPA Completes TRI Streamlining Rule
The EPA has finalized its burden reduction proposal for the TRI program, as published in the Federal Register at 70 Fed. Reg. 57822 et seq. EPA is expanding the scope of the streamlined “Form A” disclosures, but will continue to require annual reporting. The final rule will take effect 30 days following publication in the Federal Register, which will occur sometime between Friday, December 22 and Wednesday, December 27, according to EPA officials.
