PA Senate Seeks Change from PADEP

The PA Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee sent a letter to EQB Chairperson McGinty expressing concern over the rushed manner and limited public input taken over their explosives security proposals.  The letter also recommends several significant improvements to PADEP's proposals.
