ATF Releases Explosives Security Handbook

Culminating years of cooperative efforts with the IME and the International Society of Explosives Engineers, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has released ATF Publication 5400.15 titled Safety and Security Information for Federal Explosives Licensees and Permittees. 

This publication is a handy reference to anyone interested in commercial explosives safety and security.  It compiles existing ATF reference information under one cover and presents some of the industry’s standard practices. 

Hardcopies will be available through local ATF industry operations offices and the ATF Distribution Center.
