As part of IME’s ongoing effort to protect the public, motor vehicle operators, the emergency response community, and the commercial explosives businesses, IME has published IME Guideline for the Responsible Transportation of Solid Ammonium Nitrate by Motor Vehicle. The guideline is included with other AN Safe Handling resources and the recommendations included are equally relevant to the handling of Technical Grade Ammonium Nitrate (TGAN) and Fertilizer Grade Ammonium Nitrate (FGAN).
