Senior Director of Human Resources & Finance

Sue Swanhorst

Sue Swanhorst serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources and finance where she manages the benefits, payroll, taxes, budget, and finances for the Institute.   She has been a staff member with IME for 26 years.

Swanhorst represents IME as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she has achieved a Certified Professional accreditation. She also belongs to the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Swanhorst is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
