IME Issues White Paper on Security for Bulk Truck Access Points

The IME Board of Governors approved a white paper on security for access points on bulk trucks.  The position was developed in consultation with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the International Society of Explosives Engineers to provide for consistency across the wide range of vehicles and equipment in service.
