Environmental Affairs Committee

Environmental Affairs Committee has the responsibility to evaluate and make recommendations on all matters relating to the protection of the environment in the manufacture, transportation, storage, handling and disposal of explosive materials.

The 1996 Settlement Agreement between IME and EPA on delisting Division 1.1 explosives from the RMP rule, has been posted to the IME website (under "Notices").
