Antitrust


It is the policy of IME and its constituent members to fully comply with the antitrust laws of the United States and of the several states.  These Guidelines have been approved by the Board of Governors and are intended to set forth IME’s existing policy and to provide guidelines for compliance with the law.  No employee of IME or any member acting on IME’s behalf has any authority to engage in any conduct inconsistent with the antirust laws or these Guidelines.  Representatives of member companies must also be guided by their own company policy with respect to antitrust compliance.
